Yousef Hidarinia - the ceramist

I grew up at the foot of the Alborz mountains, surrounded by rugged landscapes that shaped my connection to the natural world. My interest for form, space and texture first led me to study interior design, then photography and the culinary world.

Through all these experiences, one thing remained constant: the need to work with my hands. Eventually, I found my way back to the most primal and grounding material - clay - through the study of the throwing wheel. Today, I shape the earth into forms that speak of movement, balance, and emotion. Each piece is a dialogue between control and spontaneity.

I am dedicated to sharing my passion of this evolving art through workshops and personal projects.

Ronak, now by my side, ensures the solid foundation of our studios. She is also an artist at heart, which allows us to always prioritise creation and integrity above all else.

Ronak Ahmadloo - the not so silent partner

Born in Iran, raised in Belgium, and a seasoned traveller, I constantly navigate between cultures.

I spent a long time in the corporate world, committing over the past years to helping business become more sustainable - which I believe is crucial to building a better world. While I will always keep a foot in this world, the time has come for me to put away my corporate armour. I will now use those skills to join Yousef in creating something daring.

Witnessing Yousef's artist journey has inspired me to make space for own my artist child. I am passionate about creativity, in particular around movement and writing. I am a yoga teacher, an occasional actor and writer, and more recently a scenarist for short movies, which I enjoy tremendously.

Creation is how we can connect to ourselves and each other, and maybe, just maybe, remember that we are all in this together, part of the same beautiful Earth. This is humbly the seed we want to plant with our artist spaces.
